Finding the time to meditate daily has been scientifically proved to improve outlook, provide better focus and improve creativity. That's in addition to reducing anxiety. We fill our days with commitments that we consider to be important and then think there is no headspace left for a practice that can then change the way we process all of the commitments we consider so important.
